COVID-19 Guidance for Guests at Rosa Twelve

RULE OF SIX

As of the 14th September, reservations, functions and walk-ins will be limited to parties no greater than six persons.

RESERVATIONS, DEPOSITS & “WALK-INS”

Due to limited space, we strongly recommend you make an advanced booking for a table to avoid disappointment. During peak times, we may also require a deposit. “Walk-in” guests are welcome, however, we may not be able to always guarantee a table. Current guidelines allow for members of one household or one ‘support bubble’ to dine together. To comply with government guidelines, we are required to record a contact detail for your table to help with the NHS Track & Trace system.

COVID-19 SYMPTOMS

Anyone (including guests and staff, or anyone in their respective households) with COVID-19 symptoms (a high temperature, a new & continuous cough or, a loss or change to your sense of smell or taste) should NOT visit the venue and follow NHS guidelines.

KEEPING YOUR DISTANCE

Help us keep everyone safe by keeping a 2-metre distance from other guests and staff, including when queuing. We’ve added floor markings and new signage to help guide you. At your designated table, please remain seated as much as possible and children should be supervised at all times.

HAND WASH & SANITISER

Wash hands with soap and water for 20 seconds or use alcohol-based hand sanitiser at regular intervals. As well as our washroom facilities, we’ll be providing hand sanitiser at the entrance and around the venue for you to use.

PREVENT THE SPREAD

When arriving at the restaurant, customers will be required to wear a face covering until seated at a table.

Cover your nose and mouth with a tissue when you cough or sneeze (and bin it) or use the fold of your elbow in emergencies.

ENHANCED CLEANING

We’ve enhanced cleaning practices, including sanitising chairs and tables after every use and regular cleaning of touch points.

MENUS & TAKEAWAYS

We’re delighted to be open again but as we come out of lockdown and our suppliers gear themselves back up for service, some ingredients and some dishes on our menus may not be available. Other menus may be reduced and set menus may be withdrawn. Until further notice, sharing platters and buffets are not available. Takeaway collections are available.

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

PAYMENTS

Cash payments are accepted, however, we do encourage you to pay by card where possible. Chip and pin card terminals will be sanitised after every use.

HERE TO HELP

Our staff are trained and will be on hand to provide guidance. We have supplied each member of staff with their individual masks to be worn during service. WE ARE “COVID-19 SECURE”

We can confirm we have complied with the government’s guidance on managing the risk of COVID-19. We have carried out a COVID-19 risk assessment in co-ordination with our staff and have shared these results which will also be available upon request. We have cleaning, handwashing and hygiene procedures in line with guidance. We have taken all reasonable steps to help people work from home. We have taken all reasonable steps to maintain a 2m distance in the workplace. Where people cannot be 2m apart, we have done everything practical to manage transmission risk.
